How secure is my unit?

All of our units are located in an indoor storage facility and accessible with a coded keyless entry. The entire building is outfitted with emergency alarms. The hallways are fully illuminated at all times and only individuals who are listed on the agreement are permitted to enter the facility.

What types of items can I store?

Our self-storage facility is perfect for storing items including data files, medical and tax records, company files, furniture, electronics, music equipment, collectibles, paintings, and furniture.

Do you offer any specials or discounts?

We offer specials on memberships and also run discounts on certain storage units throughout the month. Check with one of our managers for more information about specials and discounts.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit card payments and can also set up automatic draft payments. We do not accept cash or check payments.

What are the hours of operation?

We are open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Do I have to rent the unit for a certain number of months?

No. We offer convenient month to month agreements as well as short-term and long-term contracts.

Do you offer afterhours access?

We may be able to offer afterhours access with prior arrangements. Please talk to one of our managers for more information.

Does it matter what types of boxes I use to pack my belongings in?

It’s generally a good idea to use high-quality moving boxes that are sturdy enough to be moved and stacked easily. Avoid using recycled grocery cartons or old shipping boxes since these can fall apart easily.
