What is Self-Storage?

Self-storage is an affordable way to keep your items in a safe location outside of your home while you move, or when you need to free up space in your current residence. Simple Storage offers a range of self-storage solutions for residential customers throughout the Hyannis area.

Making Use of a Self-Storage Facility

Self-storage at Simple Storage can be used for a number of purposes:

Choosing a Storage Unit Size

Choosing the right size unit for your storage project is one of the most important parts of your storage project. The best way to determine what size you need is to make a list of all the items that you are going to put into storage and review this with one of our professional and experienced managers. You can also use our online space calculator to estimate the cubic footage you need.

Benefits of Climate-Controlled Units

All of the storage units at Simple Storage are climate-controlled units which means that they are temperature controlled and will never be exposed to extreme temperatures. Everything will be stored safely in a finished building where dirt, dust, and debris won’t affect your items. This type of environment is perfect for storing electronics, photographs, and upholstered furniture.

Insurance for Your Belongings

You are responsible for insuring all items that you choose to put into storage at Simple Storage. Please do not assume that your homeowners or renters insurance will automatically provide coverage for items you put into storage. Many people need to purchase insurance separately and you will need to provide this information when you sign your storage rental agreement.
